# Platform compatibility

> Certified CCaaS versions, softphones, and clients for the Operata Agent Experience Collector across Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, and NICE CXOne.

The Operata Agent Experience Collector is certified against specific versions of each supported CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platform. This page lists those certified configurations for Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, and NICE CXOne.

## Amazon Connect

The following versions of Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel (CCP), Streams, and RTC are certified for use with the Collector.

| CCP | Streams | RTC   |
| --- | ------- | ----- |
| v2  | 1.6.3   | 1.1.8 |
| v2  | 1.6.0   | 1.1.6 |
| v2  | 1.5.x   | 1.1.6 |

Operata has tested older CCP, Streams, and RTC versions and may support them by prior agreement. Contact [support@operata.com](mailto:support@operata.com) to discuss your version requirements.
