# Krisp integration

> Operata reads the headset connected through Krisp, plus whether Krisp noise cancellation and accent conversion were active on the call.

Krisp processes the agent's audio between the headset and the softphone. With the integration in place, you learn which headset was really in use and whether noise cancellation or accent conversion was doing work — so an audio quality complaint can point at the processing, not just the network.

## Before you start

* Operata Agent Collector browser extension v1.9.6 or later.
* Krisp installed and running on the agent's machine.
* Krisp enabled for the agent.

<Note>
  The minimum Krisp software version, what "enabled" requires on the Krisp side, and the minimum Chrome and Edge versions are being confirmed. Contact [support@operata.com](mailto:support@operata.com) for current requirements.
</Note>

## Verify

Open the **Headset Inventory** page. With the integration working, each agent row shows whether Krisp is in use and which headset is connected.

**NC** means noise cancellation is enabled. **AC** means accent conversion is enabled.

## Troubleshooting

If Headset Inventory shows no Krisp indicator:

* Confirm the Agent Collector extension is v1.9.6 or later.
* Confirm Krisp is running before the agent takes a call, rather than started mid-call.
* If neither applies, contact [support@operata.com](mailto:support@operata.com).
