# Observability backends

> Operata forwards contact and signal events to your observability stack — Splunk, Datadog, and more — through Amazon EventBridge.

Operata forwards contact and signal events to your observability stack through Amazon EventBridge. Every Operata event lands on an EventBridge bus in your AWS account; you route from there to Splunk, Datadog, S3, or any AWS-native destination using standard EventBridge rules.

No separate webhook endpoint is required. Operata owns the publishing; you own the routing.
