Telemetry added to aid coverage reporting and analysis
- Adds telemetry to help quantify coverage reporting and analysis, specifically logging time extension was loaded, time extension is ready to start collecting calls, and number of calls captured within a single session. This data is not customer facing, but will aid in the creation of analytics that will be going forward.
