Operata Product Lifecycle Policy
This document outlines the lifecycle and feature deprecation policy for all Operata products. Support lifecycle and feature deprecation dates are updated quarterly.
Support Phases
All Operata products are categorised into one of three support phases:
Committed
Full support and active development
- Complete technical support and regular software updates
- CCaaS integration support for current and previous 2 versions of Chrome and Edge browsers
- Comprehensive documentation maintained
- New feature development and enhancements
Deprecated
Limited support with planned retirement
- Feature scheduled for removal or replacement
- Development ceased - no new installations available
- Critical functionality issues resolved
- No commitment to fix minor bugs or cosmetic issues
- Limited or no CCaaS integration support
- Documentation remains available
- Support limited to migration assistance and removal-related issues
Retired
No support provided
- All support discontinued
- Documentation may be archived
- No bug fixes or updates

Customer Notification
Operata is committed to transparent communication regarding product changes. We notify customers through multiple channels:
- Operata Platform notifications
- Email communications
- Service Review discussions
- Documentation updates
Notice Period
Minimum 90-day advance notice is provided for:
- Version support changes
- Feature deprecations
- Product retirements

- Removed entirely from the platform
- Automatically migrated to replacement functionality
