Heartbeat triggers for "Poor Call Quality"
- Heartbeat now supports the ability to event and trigger alerts based on successful Heartbeat calls that are of poor call quality. This includes the following call quality conditions:
- Poor Call quality outbound from Agent
- Poor Call quality inbound to Agent
- Poor Inbound call quality
- Poor Outbound call quality
