Capture more User Agent data so we can distinguish Edge from native Chrome

  • Agent Messenger can now report more details on the agent web browser environment. This includes distinguishing between Edge and Chrome. Previously the Edge browser was reported as Chrome given it is forked from the same source code.

Orchestrator Privacy Controls enhancement

  • Contact Trace Records (CTR) collected by Operata may contain sensitive data or personally identifiable information (PII). In some circumstances, customers may be required to redact certain sensitive data before it is sent to Operata.

  • This is achieved though a new content redaction configuration managed via our API, which supports either whitelisting or blacklisting data, enabling customers to ensure no sensitive PII data is captured by Operata in call logs.

  • Heartbeat tests with Human Agents now support the restoring of their previous status after a Heartbeat test is run. This allows you to run Heartbeat tests with any agent in any status including offline, or a custom state.
