Heartbeat triggers for "Poor Call Quality"

  • Heartbeat now supports the ability to event and trigger alerts based on successful Heartbeat calls that are of poor call quality. This includes the following call quality conditions:
    • Poor Call quality outbound from Agent
    • Poor Call quality inbound to Agent
    • Poor Inbound call quality
    • Poor Outbound call quality

Heartbeat triggers for "Call Failed" to be updated to support new SIP data

  • Improved call logging data for Heartbeat tests. The Heartbeat details page now includes the reason for the telephony issue within a new section of the report, including any SIP-based errors.
