Dashboards - Updates to the AGENT STATUS dashboard with new filters and three new tables to show agents with the most frequent MisssedCallAgent events, the most common Softphone Errors, as well as the agents with most of them.
Agent Experience widget - new Config options for greater flexibility in where the Operata Extension for Chrome inserts the Agent Experience widget.
Deeplinks for Dashboards - the URL for the dashboard views, now includes the specific group and filters - great for sharing Operata content.
