Tenor is the action layer. It’s a CX AI agent that works for people and for other AI agents, delivered where teams already are — Slack, Teams, and the Operata Platform.

Tenor reaches you two ways: in the Operata console, and through your own AI assistant or agents. The Operata MCP Server exposes Tenor and its source data — contacts, insights, analytics, and the knowledge base — to AI clients over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so an agent queries your live CX data with the same model the dashboards and the API use.
