Geolocation and ISP - Operata Developer Hub

The geolocation and ISP (internet service provider) fields identify where the agent endpoint connected from. The Agent Experience Collector resolves them from the agent’s public IP address at the start of each Amazon Connect Contact.

Notes

All six fields are resolved once per Contact at connection time. If the agent’s IP changes mid-contact (rare), the values reflect the IP at the moment the Contact started.
agentExternalIPAddress and agentIPAddress also appear in the network object on the same contact record (see Machine, browser, and network data).
